How to get up out of an airline seat

The following tutorial is for all those of you who were never taught how to get up out of an airline seat.

First, put your hands on the armrests.

Second, push yourself up on your own armrests.

That's it.

Now, most importantly, DO NOT GRAB THE HEADREST OF THE PERSON SITTING IN FRONT OF YOU AND YANK YOURSELF UP OUT OF YOUR SEAT, JOLTING THE POOR PERSON SITTING IN FRONT OF YOU IN THE PROCESS.
